  01 // The Split Architecture We separate your data to protect your peace. Luam™ Logic For Agency operates our platform under a strict split-data architecture. Our public informational website collects zero personal information, cookies, trackers, or search parameters. Your private clinical record only begins once you securely log into the Symmetry engine to consult with our medical professionals.

 02 // Sensitive Health Data Controller Under the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019), any data concerning your physical or mental health status is designated as Sensitive Personal Data. Luam™ operates as a Data Controller for all patient medical histories, therapeutic session notes, and psychiatric evaluation files. This data is handled exclusively under the legal obligation of medical professional privilege and professional secrecy.

  03 // Data Minimization & Pure Purpose We collect only what is strictly necessary to return you to a clear state of mind. • Identification Data: Name and secure login credentials to verify your account identity. • Clinical History: Voluntary notes and session histories used by your assigned practitioner to tailor your treatment. • Symmetry Telemetry: Anonymized system performance metrics utilized to calibrate your app experience, fully isolated from your medical file. We never utilize your health information for profiling, automated commercial targeting, or advertising.

  04 // Absolute Data Localization Your data stays grounded within your borders. In compliance with national health data governance frameworks and regulations from the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC), all digital health records, clinical communications, and electronic database files are stored, processed, and localized natively on secure servers physically located within the Republic of Kenya. 

05 // Zero Third-Party Monetization Your data is not a commodity. Luam™ does not sell, lease, rent, or distribute your personal health data to insurance agencies, marketing brokers, commercial pharmaceutical vendors, or analytical aggregators. We only disclose clinical records to external entities if explicitly requested by your authorized legal written consent, or when mandated under active statutory emergency court orders within the Republic of Kenya. 

06 // Encryption and Storage Audits We wrap your digital health parameters in military-grade defense protocols. All data transferred between your screen and our clinical interface is fully encrypted in transit (AES-256) and at rest. We enforce systematic data retention schedules; your active patient notes are held securely while your relationship with our clinic is active, and are safely archived or purged in compliance with national medical record storage statutes.

 07 // Your Autonomy Rights Under Section 26 of the Data Protection Act, you possess absolute ownership over your digital trail. You hold the legal right to: • Access: Request a secure copy of your full electronic health records. • Rectification: Demand the immediate correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal notes. • Objection & Deletion: Erase your non-medical configuration parameters or request a formal file transfer if you choose to terminate your treatment portal.
